Future Fund 2021 Spring Application Cycle
Powerful Beyond Measure Grants Monetary Awards to Young Adults across the East Coast
Powerful Beyond Measure (PBM) will open the application cycle for the Future Fund, on April 15th, to young adults in multiple East Coast states.
PBM’s Future Fund was established to grant small, monetary gifts in support of the goals and greatness of youth (up to age 25). The objective is to offer a resource that helps actualize an individual’s vision for their future by removing a financial barrier, which may prevent a dream from being realized.
Applicants may compete for an award by completing a written, video or visual/slideshow presentation in one of the following categories:
- I Am Powerful Beyond Measure: How will an award help me to manifest my dreams, future and natural born right to shine?
- Wearing the CAPE: How can this award help me be a superhero for others, in my own community or for the world?
- Higher A.M.E.S.: How can an award help me pursue my goals or development in the Arts, Media, Entertainment or Sports?
Applicants must apply in only one of the categories above. Awards can be used towards any verified capacity that may help recipients with their future endeavors: i.e. application fees, college books, art supplies, classes/camps, business licenses, community projects, SAT prep, rental space, conference registrations, equipment, etc.
WHEN: The 2021 application cycle opens on April 12th. Application package (inclusive of presentation) must be submitted to PBMFutureFund@powerfulbeyondmeasure-cape.org by May 1st, 2021. Award winners will be notified by May 15th.
WHO: High school juniors, seniors and graduates (up to age 25) are eligible to compete. Prospective applicants must be residents of (for one year or more) or attending university in one of the following states or territories: Georgia (GA), Pennsylvania (PA), Maryland (MD), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Virginia (VA), or Washington, DC (DC).
